Return and Refund Policy
We will only accept re-sellable conditions in their original undamaged, unscratched on any part of the board/product, including mounting holes, within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Customers will receive a partial refund once certain expenditures, such as import taxes and carrier handling have been deducted. Customers are also responsible for return shipping costs.
All items are 100% tested before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality for all products you purchase from us. However, once we have received your parcel, we will carefully inspect and test the product again. This will be an additional 10% fee for this quality control process and restocking. You will be notified by email whether the returned product is in re-sellable condition, which shall be determined at CNCRoom’s sole discretion.
Software Licensing and refund policy
When licensing, users will receive a personalized, encrypted license file via email which will unlock all versions of the software.
It is the nature of internet licensing that refunds are impossible – once a license is generated it is not possible to be “returned and refunded”. Therefore, please utilize the Demo versions of the software to ensure the program you purchase is applicable to your needs beforehand as ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
