The CNCRoom community forum was founded in 2008 by a group of young Thai electronics engineers and other careers who only love and passionate in DIY CNC world. We began designing and developing 4 axes all-in-one CPLD based stepper drive for our own use. Later years we found that there was a growing demand for breakout boards (BOBs) in local market, then we came out with the first MB1, a hybrid breakout board that able to be used with the 2 parallel ports as well as the USB SmoothStepper.

When Warp9Tech had launched the new Ethernet SmoothStepper with the same move we also came out with MB2 the first BOB that has LEDs to show every signal, plus the safety circuit.

Finally with the improvement in MB3 the first-ever board that flip ESS board and direct plugin without need of any ribbon cable.
